Ingredients:
200 gms cumin seeds
60 gms coriander seeds
50 gms brown cardamom
40 gms black peppercorns
30 gms green cardamom
30 gms dried ginger powder
20 gms cinnamon
20 gms cloves
20 gms mace
15 gms bayleaf
2 nutmegs
salt to taste
