  • Use sun protection to fight the signs of aging

I am a sun worshiper, but I never leave the house without some SPF 15 on. It helps keep your skin looking healthy and allows you to have a glow without turning bright red like a tomato.

As you get older, it is even more important to use sunscreen. At the beach, you will sometimes see both men and women who used baby oil when they were teenagers, and they have leathery skin that is perfect for a handbag. Be healthy, use sunscreen.

  • Moisturize

A great way to fight signs of aging! Your hand, elbows, and neck show signs of ageing first, so it is important to keep them moisturized to fight off aging.

You may not realize it, but Moisturizers have been designed to hold water in the skin. Look for lotions that contain humectants and emollients such as glycerine, mineral oil, and petrolatum. You should also be looking for those ingredients in your soaps, cleansers, and deodorant. Keep your skin moisturized!

  • Anti aging Diet

You should be eating a anti aging diet rich in fruit, vegetables, and whole grains. Your meals should be filled with colors and not be one single shade. Mangos, peaches, strawberries, and pineapple, are delicious when at their ripest.

Stay away from white starchy foods. Think white potatoes, white bread, white sugar and white rice. Eat whole wheat bread, brown rice, sweet potatoes and switch to brown sugar instead to fight the signs of aging. Also, try steaming your carrots with honey or pure maple syrup. You would not think it is good for you, but it is all natural which your body needs to fight the signs of aging.

  1. Good post. I would also add mindfulness meditation, which helps with aging, as well as a form of HIIT when it comes to exercise (nothing too strenuous, just something that gets the heart beating fast for a small amount of time).
